Woven Wind Chime

Here is just a little woven wind chime I did so I could use some of my "fried marbles". I also made the copper bells and the hanger-but now I don't want to hang it outside and ruin it. I found a little space on a wall so I can look at it every day. I kinda like it-it makes me smile.

  1. I love this piece. I would hang it on the outside of my bathroom door as a door harp and listen to it tinkle every time that door moves ... Great work ... so original and beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

I like the idea of hanging it on the bathroom door.

  3. I don't blame you for not wanting to put it outside! It is too pretty. I love the bells. What a great way to use fried marbles.

  4. Very nice color combination in this piece. Of course, anything with orange in it catches my eye. I'm sure you'll enjoy it for a long time to come. Perhaps you could hang it in a window you visit often.

  6. Ok, I love those hand-made copper bells! I definitely wouldn't want to hang that outside. If you want to hear it as well as see it, maybe in front of the entryway door would work too?
