this picture was the best I could get-the glare was awful--but I love how the earrings turned out--they are hammered copper and a wire wrapped with my handspun fiber attatched to them.
I took a book class at Artist and Display taught by Petra Press. This is the front cover. The class was great and Petra is a wonderful teacher. I hope to make more of these. This one has a music theme and I hope to try my hand a calligraphy to write in it the words to a song I wrote many years ago.
This is one of the first soldered pieces I did. The picture is my maternal grandmother-Cora Rugg. I just love this picture of her.
this necklace combines a little of everything-a soldered pendant with a "wish" inside-hammered wire-and a fiber wrapped bead. One of my favorites.
I hammered a fun heart shape and wrapped one side with fiber. The picture doesn't do it justice-I love it and hope to do more.
its hard to see the handspun fibers wrapped on these-and then wrapped again with wire and beads, They are rather large-more for pinning a shawl or a scarf.
these are my latest passion-hammering wire and making lots of noise-getting all my frustrations out-I love it!
